Full Body Massage:
Do you feel your body needs some TLC? Have a Full Body Massage while you listen to relaxing music and absorb the aroma of essential oils.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massage is exactly what the name implies, the purpose is to relax. To enhance the experience I use a relaxation oil and play soft relaxation music. You are welcome to bring music of your own if you have something you would prefer to listen to.



Deep Tissue Massage

This is generally performed in a slower pace to a relaxation massage, while working with the tissue in the layers of the body to relax, lengthen, and release chronic tension in the muscles. Deep Tissue work does not have to be painful, on the contrary it can be very nurturing. There is a misconception about painful work being more effective - the fallacy of "no pain, no gain."

When I massage it never consists entirely of deep tissue work. This would be too overwelming to the client and exhausting to both client and myself. I use a combination of relaxation techniques, to sooth and relax the client and warm up the muscles, and deep tissue techniques to penetrate below the superficial muscle layers working gradually into the deeper tissue when the need arises.
